BERGVILLE – Murder-accused Mlamuli Khoza abandoned his bail application at the Bergville Magistrate’s Court on Wednesday.
He is accused of stabbing seven of his family members, killing five of them and injuring the other two.

His mother and a four-year-old child survived the incident.
Among the dead were two children.
His case has been remanded to 21 November for investigation.
